To dance is to use the whole body. It is necessary for the teacher to clearly see how the student is moving arms, legs, neck, hips and waistline. In this way, proper technique can be observed and corrected. We ask our students to take care and pride as they prepare for their dance classes. Appropriate attire will not only aid their teachers, but will help students feel professional and confident in themselves, and their accomplishments.
Hair must be tied back and pulled out of the dancer’s face for all types of classes.
Please remember to put your child’s name on the inside of their shoes.
